Technical design turns the concept into buildable detail. Structure, services, and materials are coordinated so nothing is left to chance on site. We produce drawings that contractors can build from directly—clear, complete, and free of ambiguity.
From there, we move into design: testing massing, daylight, and circulation through quick models and clear drawings. Options are compared honestly, not decorated. We work in close loops with clients and consultants, so decisions are made early and stay made. The goal is a design that is resolved before it is built.
